Local Orders (Within Egypt)

After placing your order through any of our channels (website, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc. our team will review and confirm your order before registering it in our system.

You can choose to:

• Pay upon delivery
• Pay in advance via InstaPay (link available upon request).

Shipping usually takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your city.
All orders are shipped from Alexandria to all cities across Egypt without exception.

On the day of delivery, you will receive a message confirming the delivery, and our follow-up team will stay in contact until your order arrives safely.

Customers have the right to open and check the order before completing payment and to inspect the items while the courier is still present.

If you need to reschedule delivery, please inform us in advance.

If you choose to refuse delivery for any reason listed in our [Return Policy], you may return the package to the courier immediately, pay the shipping cost only, and notify us to receive a special offer as compensation.

International Orders (Out Egypt)

Please note that international couriers do not offer cash-on-delivery service. If this service becomes available, we will update our website accordingly.

All shipments are sent from Alexandria, Egypt, and the available shipping destinations are determined by the international courier companies, not by us.
