Upon receiving your order, the courier will wait for a few minutes so you can open the package and make sure of the size, color, and material.

If there is any issue, you can return the order immediately to the delivery man and pay the shipping cost only.

Please inform us of the problem to ensure your data isn’t added to the list of non-serious clients, and you’ll also receive a special offer as compensation.

You may exchange the product within 7 days of receipt if there is a problem with the material, color, or size.

However, exchanges for a completely different product are not accepted.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and unworn.

The exchange shipping cost is half of the total shipping cost, and the rest is on us.

Please ensure:

Once we receive and check the returned product, your refund will be issued within 24 hours to your original payment method.
